MediaPress V6

Every event on your site, on record

MediaPress V6 gathers the critical events on your site into a single "Logs" section: who logged in, which emails were sent, how visitors consented to cookies, how forms were filled. All of these records stay auditable; at the same time, personal data is automatically anonymized once your defined period expires — transparency and KVKK compliance together.

How the Logs section looks in the panel

Central, auditable logs

All logs in one place

Logins, email deliveries, cookie consents, session activity and form sessions are gathered in a single "Logs" section in the panel. No need to look in different places to find out what happened.

Login audit log

Who logged into the panel, when and from which IP stays visible. You audit admin access and notice anything unusual. Audit retention is configurable.

Email delivery log

Emails the system sends (form notifications, reset emails) are tracked; failed deliveries or those that fall back to a backup provider become visible. Problems don't vanish silently, and the recipient's personal data isn't written to logs in plain text.

Automatic retention and anonymization

Once your defined retention period expires, personal data in records (like email and IP) is irreversibly stripped. You define it once and the system runs it for you; you don't keep data indefinitely (KVKK/GDPR).

Error monitoring

System errors are captured by monitoring infrastructure (GlitchTip/Sentry compatible) and, if you wish, reported to your team instantly via a webhook. You see problems before users do.

Privacy-first design

Data minimization is observed throughout logging: personal data is handled so it doesn't leak into records and error traces as plain text. Auditability and privacy aren't opposites here — they're built together.
